CASE 01 / LMC SKIN
Problem Statement:
LMC Skin Clinic required a modern and professional website that clearly communicated its medical, cosmetic, skin, and technology services while providing an intuitive and trustworthy experience for new and existing patients.
My Role:
UX Designer and Website Designer.
Process:
I researched leading skin clinics and aesthetic medicine websites to understand user expectations, treatment presentation, service navigation, and trust-building strategies. I organised the information architecture, structured the content into clear service categories, and designed a user-friendly experience focused on accessibility, clarity, and ease of navigation.
Outcome:
The final website provides a professional online presence, improves service visibility, and helps patients easily access information about treatments, practitioners, and booking options. The design supports user confidence and creates a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.

Process:
I researched NDIS providers and user expectations, developed the website structure, organised content into clear sections, and focused on accessibility, usability, and ease of navigation. The design was created to support users seeking information about services and support options.
Outcome:
The website successfully presents the organisation’s services, values, and contact options in a clear and accessible format, helping users quickly understand the support available and connect with the organisation.
